Clothing/Armor request: Jin Kisaragi's outfit

Basically, I'd like some Clothes, or Light Armor modeled or based off of Jin Kisaragi's outfit from BlazBlue.

I'd like for this to be a complete outfit -no separate pieces.

For the armor's Defense Rating, I think somewhere around 8 to 10 would be fine

Enchantments are optional, but if included I'd like for them to be: +5 Strength, +5 Blade, and +10% Frost Resistance

 

I don't know the level of difficulty making this armor will be, so I apologize in advanced. I also apologize if I completely failed in making this request as this is my first oblivion mod request ever. If this request cannot be fulfilled then I'd certainly appreciate suggestions to clothing or armor that looks similar.

Most of it looks possible, although extremely hard. However, those two mini-side-cape things on his arms will be impossible to make properly. They can be modeled, but no matter what you do, they won't move, and will look funny.

I figured those little shoulder capes would be near impossible. So maybe we could just cut off from them.

Cutting off just after the gold trim, and having the excess sit on the upper arms.

 

It's nice to hear that this is within the realm of possibility.
