avatarair
I'm aware that TK Dodge exists, but because of its reliance on scripting and I imagine other technical BS, it's impossible to make it as responsive and perfect as dodging really should be. So I was wondering- would it be possible to, instead of making dodging a scripted event, replace jump with a dodge? By this I mean (I would imagine) it would likely have to: 1. Adjust the height of the jump to near 0 and increase the horizontal distance significantly2. Somehow allowing the players body to move along the ground that goes up or down hill without scripting (is this possible)2. Replace the jumping animation with some form of dodge movement (I believe there was a roll animation somewhere on the Nexus, and Ultimate Combat has dodges for NPC's) Would this be possible? The lack of a jump would be a bit iffy but I imagine jump could be the scripted event in this instance.
MightyZ0G
Papa Timm - Archery And Combat has jump as a dodge for unarmed combat you could see if he is open to requests to change the dodge to be available in all combat situations
