Cant seem to make my oblivion has the max graphic improvements

Hey guys, Im kinda in a problem.

Im trying to make my Oblivion work on max w the best graphic improvement mods but in some reason my game still doesnt look like in few videos i can find on youtube, I need help guys w mods names i probably should have to make my game max beauty.

The mods for graphic improvemens im using right now are:

 

FCON *which doesnt work, no idea why*

All Natural *doesnt work either, cant seem to make it work*

Qarl Texture Pack 3 Redimized

Amajor7 Imperial Furnitures

Natural Wather by Max Tael *using it atm isntead of All Natural*

Those are all my mods, ill be rly rly happy if ull happy me figure out whats missing, ty !

It takes more than just mods and max settings; hardware is a humongous part of it. If you're running an Nividia 8800GT, you're not going a game as nice looking as someone with a 24 inch monitor and dual ATI Radeon HD 5970s.

 

That begin said, it's important to go into your graphic card's control panel and activate things such as antisotropic filtering, texture filtering, and anti-aliasing.

 

Also, a lot of the graphical-related videos lately have been using OBGE. It's a must for adjusting things like saturation, DOF, contrast and... godrays...
