KOTR Windows 8.1 Kotor collection issues.

Alrighty then, I'm trying to play through a modded version of the original Kotor with the following mods active.

-Canderous's Mandalorian Items

-Dantooine training fix

-enhanced merchants

-fett style Mandalorians

-K1 Force Pack V.2

-Revan Cutscene fix

-Walking fix

-Weapons of the Old Republic 1.1

-Super skip Taris

-Kotor Ultimate/ Kotor HD.

 

My first issue is this, the cheat console won't work unless I run as admin. However if I run as admin all the mods become completely inactive (the main issue) and I have no access to my main save game (not a big loss as I am still relatively early on in the game.) The reason I actually care about the cheat console here though is as follows, for some reason I have access to everyone's personal weapons except for Bastila's Double Saber. I'll take any solution here.

 

EDIT: As in the title the version of the game is the one from the Collection released around the time of SWTOR's full release that has both of the original games in their up to date patch versions on single discs.
