Where can I find a good dagger for lvl 10?

Guys, I need help finding a rly good dagger for me and I won't have to go threw hell which isn't possible for my lvl, a dungeon or something w my lvl mobs where I can find something cute.

There is a Dunmer called Alval Uvani, who carries a Dwarven Dagger, enchanted with I think 6 shock damage on strike; 57 uses.

 

I can't remember his exact schedual, but he will either be in Olav's Tap'n'Tack (Bruma, nr. east gate), The West Weald Inn (Skingrad, nr. Mages Guild Hall), or at his house in Leyawiin (I think South-West end of town). Google his name and the UESPwiki should tell you his exact schedual.

 

Assuming you are willing to steal, This is probably one of the best daggers you are going to get at your level.

Or you could go fight some vampires, and hope they are a dagger wielding class, or look for marauder or bandit archers. When I'm looking for good equipment, my main hit up spots are (usually) Fort Strand for marauders, Fort Carmala for vampires, and Sinkhole Cave for bandits. Strand is just east of Anvil, Carmala is south of Chorrol, near Hackdirt, and Sinkhole is just north of the IC.

 

Assuming you're playing vanilla oblivion, always head for Marauders to get blades and heavy armor, and bandits to get blunt and light armor, although, I think in the case of daggers, you can get them off either bandit or marauder archers. Vampires go either way, so you can fetch whatever off them as well.

Your best bet may be to simply go out and kill enemies in the forts and caves scattered all over the world. You can find tons of really good loot in there, including daggers as well as the money and soul gems required to enchant said dagger to make it even better. I'm currently grinding my way to level 20, and I find the best way to do so is to just go on treasure hunting trips.
