JIP Companion Command & Control bug

Okay, so I recently re-modded New Vegas and put JIP CC&C onto my mod list, only to find out that the script or whatnot is bugged, the commands aren't working properly and it almost makes the game unplayable as this is a huge mod I can't live without. Here is my mod load order
