The fastest way would be to pay for skill training rather than doing the grunt work of slowly raising your skills. Levels are based on how good your skills are.

You can do the on the pc version. To raise sneak to 100 (master) go to jail then auto-run into the cell door. Leave for a while, come back, and presto! You have a good sneak skill. It will only work if the jailor is near by. Its kinda cheap. I have a regular character and then a cheat character that i fool around with :D

With armour just let yourself be attacked by a horde of cliff racer - making sure you keep healing yourself of course. Weapons is use only apart from training. Security - buy a lock spell and keep locking the same door then picking it. With any spell type (alteration, destruction, illusion, mysticism, conjuration, restoration)keep casting the same spell. Speechcraft, bribe everyone you meet (a bit costly). Athletics, swim off the map and leave it running. Alchemy keep making potions.

find the animated practice dummy patch by acidbasick for leveling weapons :D I got it and I have a level 13 orc with a 95 in axe and a 70 in spear. Use the console to give them lots of health:

1. enter console and click dummy

2. type "sethealth, 1000000"

3. hit enter

p.s. I can't train b/c I have adv2.0 and training costs like 1000 bucks :excl: a good patch though!!
