ZombieUK Posted August 24, 2010 Share Posted August 24, 2010 Hallo thar. n the past month I have posted a few threads stating Im having trouble about Mod limit, game play AI and the like. I have been mering esps to counter act the 256 mod limit as well cleaning up my data folder to stop that 400 esp bugness. My Game is pretty fine in terms of no crashes (at all really) and FPS is excellent. The problem is the AI, people in towns cities etc go about thier buisness as their AI Programs them too, guards run up to me if I wanted or so, but the real problem is Combat and companion AI. For Combat people just stand still like I said, they just stand there looking at me, giving me evils with their sword drawn. if they have Ranged Spells, they will lob a Fire or two at me or shoot an Arrow if they has that. Its not as "Tcai" is switched off or "Tai" People just stand still. I have noticed that a small bunch of people will chase me but medium crouds say half the town will not but just stand still. I do know that Oblivion's Engine is bot build for large battles so thats a no no. It affects the game in general too such as Im walking all alone in the wilderness and A bandit sees me with his crapppy iron Axe but stands there. He is the only dude I see. I have 4 GB ram so Oblivion AI should run smoothly. I am gonna try this Solution: http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=12031 I done with Fallout 3 an my Fallout 3 can have up to a hundred NPCs fighting on screen with a lil FPS and lag. but still move about. This can be done with Oblivion too.-------Anyways what I want to know is having Multible Merged Plugins and mods that add NPCs ngame affect the General Game AI in total?
