How Can I Make My Modded Race Playable?

I finished modding my first race, and read up on how to make it playable. I did exactly that, and yet it isn't on the list of races to choose from at the start of the game. I reread it to make sure I did do everything, and I did. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Is it a Argonian Race by Anychance?

 

perhaps I could test it out and see if it does the same for me?

 

I have my own Set of Argonian Races and they worked out fine. I could look see if I could pinpoint the Problem if it happens to me.

Like also create Custom Body textures to be used with HGEC, Roberts Male & Female and TFF Body Replacer?

And also another hint. if you hit the console button witch is ` , type in showracemenus and you can select your race again without starting a new game. Note that Your skills will reset to thier level beginning if you do this.
