ShinigamiSith
Okay, so I've been making mods on my friends computer and I will soon be transferring said mods over to my own computer. But how do I get it over to the other computer? Surely I don't have to just copy the ESP file do I? I don't expect it to be that easy. Would I have to do anything else or just copy the esp over? ShinigamiSith
And why is it that when I save a mod it's not seen in my data folder but it is seen on my data files list? I don't understand that.
yeahchris
Provided your mod doesn't have anything like custom meshes, textures, or whatnot, then the .esp is all you need. The .esp should be in your data folder, otherwise it wouldn't be on the data files list.

And if I have custom textures and meshes I would only have to copy the ESP and the textures and meshes and it would be playable on my computer right? Thats what I thought... I was just wondering cause I'm getting ready to get a new Vid card for my computer and I'm really excited to finally play oblivion on my own computer. :)
