greengun222 Posted August 24, 2010 Share Posted August 24, 2010 hey im making my first mod using blender and im having some problems. ill say step by step what i've done and can somone tell me where ive gone wrong. I downloaded icikiro's skeleton cape mod and imported it into blender, deleted the skeleton and the shoulder pieces, then imported the vanilla oblivion fire "firetorchlarge.nif" and arranged it to replace one shoulder piece. i saved it then closed blender and reopened it to import the cape's skeleton, then i added armatures to the cape meshes and fire meshes and typed "Scene Root" in the Ob box. When i export it as a .nif file into oblivion directory and start the game, the cape is there but the fire is not. please can anyone tell me where ive gone wrong or another way of replacing some shoulder guards with vanilla fire. i will attach the .blend file so you can see what i've done Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
