RaySiilu
Thought id give it a try to give my idea here of a martial artist class/talent tree The unarmed attack animation is alerady ingame, and several roque skills use kick animations aswell, so a fist class could be viable if the talent tree would have some kind of buff, which say adds damage to your unarmed attacks based on your str or dex. Altough i have no idea about DA:O modding, this should be quite easy to make, but could possibly be boring, cuz those kicks don't look so rawr. Maybe could somehow add some animations from werewolf skills( like overwhelm ) and a golems quake/rock throw to the player char? if thats even possible Waiting anxiously for responses
Chiramu
This sounds like a good idea :), it is a bit Chinese though. As when I think of medieval England (I see Ferelden as England was) I see fist fighting as more of pub brawls than an actual fighting form. For this you could also add staves to a warriors weaponry :), staves are pretty deadly, as deadly as any mace or flail. 1.50 in Looney Tunes knows it :). How come staves are only for mages in Dragon Age? :<
RaySiilu
i just used the "martial artist" to give people an idea what it is, but of course the idea is more of a fisticuff brawler char, than some chinese kung fu. Actually a new idea do add skill animations, like this one arcane warrior talent mod, where shield bash etc is done without a shield, so it looks like you hit enemy with your fist instead
