Can't buy anything in a dialogue menu

[Mysticslay]

I try to buy something in a menu like decorating my home or hiring a follower it says OK but they don't take my money and I don't get what I tried to pay for.

I am using Mod Organizer to load the game and manage my mods (If this makes a difference)
