kentjameslc
Hello fallout NV modders :nuke: I wanna be direct here; so i modded my minigun firing sound file, the "wpn_minigun_spin_lpm.wav" file specifically, i used audacity but after i finished edited the sound file ( i used the microsoft wav; signed 16 bit PCM; 44100Hz mono) and replaced the original sound file with my edited one, upon triggering the sound (firing the minigun) no sound ever played at all!; I dont know why, but maybe if someone here would teach me how to export sound files from AUDACITY to FNV i would be greatful since i consider the only problem i have is the sound format, bitrate, etc. configuration; can someone teach me how to export audio from audacity with exact vanilla format configuration for it to play in the game. CrimsonWolfVin
It has to be a mono file saved in a very certain way. You gotta combine the L and R tracks as well. Message me sometime and I'll try to be of further help.

kentjameslc
Never mind, Sound Forge Fixes the stupid problem. it seems the current version of audacity has issues in exporting microsoft wav files that is compatible with FNV.
