Need some help with GetCellResetHours

I'm trying to get GetCellResetHours (and GetCellDetachTime) to work, but it seems to always return -1. As example:

 

set me to player.GetParentCell
set respawntime to GetCellResetHours me

 

The OBSE documentation states:

 

GetCellResetHours - returns the number of hours which must pass in the game before the cell is reset.

(hours:short) GetCellResetHours cell:ref

 

I'm guessing I'm doing something wrong, but it seems to be correct. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
