Ive been studing how to make fallout 3 mods for the past few days and i realy want to create a big quest, a story acculy , and all the tutorials on the internet just wont help me .The idea is like this: i want to make a person in Megaton which when ill talk to him, he will tell me he wants to start a revolution and i would need to follow him to his hidout and then we will fight Supermutants or People and stuff... so i wonderd if you can make / give me a tutorial showing how to make such quest , like how to set your own dialog , how to modify your NPCs / set them to walk , live a life... / how to make a quest and stuff, and please start from the Smallest thing. i will be very greatfull !
