FNVEdit can help you quickly locate the problem when you have a missing master.Download FNVEdit.Extract the files into your game folder, not your data folder.Open FNVEdit.exe and it should show you your current load order.Don't check/uncheck anything, just press OK and let it load your plugins.When it comes across a missing master file it will stop loading and show you an error. You can view the name of the missing file in the program's log.
