dregoloth
I need to import and export nif files into blender, but I'm not sure if the scripts will still work in blender 2.5. I would download 2.49, but the download link on they're site won't work. if the 2.5 scripts don't work, does anybody know a good download mirror for 2.49? greengun222
I had this problem a while back. The fix is annoying but simple. uninstall: python, blender, PyFFi and the nif scripts and then watch this video and use the provided install links to get the right scripts and versions of everything. hope this helps

Pronam
Blender 2.5 is unsupported at the moment.LHammonds assembled a few working packages here. Try those instead. Be sure to install them in the proper order and all should work fine.
