Selvec
I'm interested in knowing if anyone out there is fiddling with Deathblow animations for Dragon Age. Mostly based around correcting the terrible animations for Axe and Maces. As we all know, good old Bioware rushed the animations as an afterthought and simply applied the sword animations to the axe and mace ones. Nothing to ruin an awesome takedown like seeing your character stab an orge in the chest with the blunt head of his axe (wtf?). So I'm wondering if anyones touching on these. I don't have any animating skills myself, something I regret, but it would be nice to know if someone with such skills is taking a gander or not. Also, has their been any looking at developing completely new models for the mage "hoods" in the game? Something like used models for NWN2's hoods (they are really nice), though not an exact rip of course. Currently the majority of headware for mages is pretty aweful. Dunce hats are not exactly cool, dispite what Bioware seems to thing heh. Finally, anyone looking at expanding mens hair? Lots of female hair avaliable, as is the case with most games of this type, but very very very little mens hair. Theirs a distinct lacking of short mens hair-do's. If inspiration is needed, I have no issue with providing said inspiration. Mens hair does go beyond the long hair knight look in fantasy. Gel is clearly avaliable in the DA:O universe, so why not make use of it? Unless Alastairs hair is being held up by pure sarcasm. Anywhom, thats all I had to say, just a few inquires about stuff.
