General Load order Issues; Yes, I did use LOOT to organize it.

Whenever I start my game (NVSE is used), the UI & cursor don't load up, and when I go to exit said game, a line saying "Missing Masters, check online for support" (I'm using the 0.52.3 Version of NMM), so clearly something is amiss and I'd genuinely appreciate some assistance in getting things set right.
