MightyZ0G Posted December 2, 2014 Share Posted December 2, 2014 after reading A Cavern of Black Ice (the first book in the Sword of Shadows series) I just wanted to experience that world with my Skyrim character.the weapons and armour/clothing in the books is almost identical to those in Skyrim, the main part of the overhaul would be the worldspace and cities/towns and the effects of using magic.here is a quote from a review on a book forum. The clanholds and the northern territories are lands of freezing tundra; windswept, bare forests; and frozen, treacherous rivers.There is a constant chill on the air which Jones paints so vividly some readers may find themselves reaching for their gloves.
