Various Issues

I accidentally deleted my skyrim game a few days ago, along with all my mods(I've been using a heavily modded Skyrim for a long time now, I recall it being close to 170ish mods) and I'm in the process of reinstalling them. However, I seem to be experiencing some issue when it comes to playing it.

 

I need a bit of help figuring out whats going on, so here are the issues:

 

1. I have two monitors, when I move my mouse, in game, far enough where normally it would end up on the second monitor, and then I click(be it to unsheathe a weapon or select something in the item menu or change a setting in the settings), it alt+tabs me to whatever I've chosen on the other screen. When I alt+tab back into the game, it's perfectly fine. There's no double mouse occurring unless I again move it far enough to be on the other screen.
   
2. Since I've been reinstalling mods, I decided to do it right and install a bit at a time, then test the game with a brand new save. However, after installing only a few mods, the game is hanging up at the executioner/alduin showing up for the first time scene. Essentially; I get to the chopping block, get on my knees, executioner grabs his axe, alduin shows up, General Tullius says nothing and actors start walking into walls. Game doesn't crash, just nothing gets said and no one does anything.

I've found a work around where I could just load it from a point past that scene, but I'd actually like to figure out what I've done wrong or if there's a mod that could fix it. I'll add a load order text file later(if needed) after I've sorted though it. Some of the mods I have are not active, but every way I've gone about getting the load order has resulted in the non-active ones showing up in the list of what will be loaded. The list as of right now is at 85 entries.

 

If anyone has any clue as to how to fix this, before taking a look at the load order, that would be awesome. They are just minor issues really, as I'm not getting any CTD's

I'd like to add one more issue, which is probably related to the first one.

 

After restarting the game, the mouse is frozen in the middle of the screen and requires alt+tabbing to get it to move. I can shift+tab before hand and get the computers mouse to show up in the steam overlay, but shift+tabbing back to the game does nothing. It actually requires the game to be alt+tabbed out and back in before it will move.
