a little help

Hi all.

 

I hope this is the right place to post this if not i am very sorry.

 

Ah i have just about given up now its making my sick and tired not wanting to attempt it any more, i need some help with meshes textures and a few outher things.

I am a simple guy and things like this can sometimes slip over my head with out breaking down what it is i need to do.

 

For example this is the mod i am trying to install : http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3018

 

I have tryed to extract all the files to the DATA folder in fall out, i even used the FOMM to check them and i used the FOMM to extract them for me they appear in the FALLOUT3/FOMM/M/MODS folder as litte nuclear signs. I have tryed many times before with costumes and outher things but i get a big red square with an exclamation mark through it or ! I have also used the ArchiveInvalidation and clicked activate but to no joy.

 

When i look at things explaning on the site it gose over my head can someone brake it down for me i am really not that good with the computers yet i can fully strip and assemble my mosin nagant in under 7 mins but i cannot do this.

I feel really stupid about this guys and i hope you can help i just want to be able to add rifles to the game and costumes, i can add vaults and outher things but not these.

It is about FWE but video one and two should give you enough to get started.

Nothing m8.

I copyed the vid step by step still nothing i downloaded everything he told me to still nothing i get the red square for 2 hours i tryed but still nothing.

 

I extracted my files with the FOMM

I created a new folder with the FOMM

But still nothing i used fall out 3 edit and ticked all the plugins and still nothing.

OK, first things first... make sure you have winzip: CLICK

 

Click HERE to watch the install video I made you. Make it big so you can see what folders I'm clicking on.

 

Open the C: drive. If you don't have a folder called "Program Files (x86)" on your C: drive then go into the folder labeled "Program Files". Open the "Bethesda Softworks" folder. With the file open in winzip, drag the "data" folder from winzip and drop it on top of the folder named "Fallout". Click "Yes" if it asks you to merge the folders. Now open FOMM, and click the check mark next to "a6MosinNagantRifle". Done!
