Can FO3edit fix all conflicts?

Ok since no one really answers my post, I have been playing alot around with FO3 edit because I get the strange triangle with exclemation points on when I add to my stable load order. I really want to play these other mods Ive had no problem with fook2, FWE, MMM, etc. But when I add certain mods like glow stick and megaton house overhaul I go to open my pipboy radius and bam the triangles appear my gun shot sound goes silent, I cant get to the pause menu, cant open containers and when I enter new areas the graphics constanly change to different meshes. Ive been reading the guide to FO3edit and know how to apply filters and I see a bunch of conflicts but not to the mods Ive just installed. So wth is going on here. These mods show no conflicts to anything in FO3 edit but once I remove these mods everything goes back to normal. I am going crazy because I do not how to research this and for some reason getting no support from this site or any other one. I want to complete fallout 3 modded before New vegas comes out. So please can anyone tell me how to correct these in fo3 edit I use the merge patches and tried gary bash too.

Well, you know you could try different load orders. After all its not gonna hurt anything. And if that doesn't work, try uninstalling, and reinstalling, mods one by one untill you find the one that causes it. At that point just download a new or older version or uninstall it for a few real world days and reinstall it later. Or you can make sure you have fose installed correctly. All of these have worked for me. :D
