Crashes on Save or Entry

I just recently started having consistent crashes with my game after adding a couple mods. The crashes have always been during any kind of save. Since I thought it was an issue with those mods I have uninstalled/deleted them. I used archive invalidation, and that seemed to fix the problem, and I was able to save, but only briefly, because I once again am unable to autosave (enter or exit an area), quicksave or save normally. I dont think its a prob with my previous mods because theyve worked fine up until this point. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is tip how to do masterupdate:

-Download FO3Edit,

-Unpack it to Fallout 3 directory,

-Make a copy of FO3 or rename it to FO3FO3MasterUpdate,

-Run it, wait and play,

listen if what the other guy said doesnt work, start a new save. i had that problem. i think it happens because the save was corrupted.
