Maniac3020
I've just installed OOO a few days ago, as I've heard it was da bomb, but after getting REALLY frustrated with an enemy, I just turned on godmode. Before I was able to take it down it must have cast 5000 mp worth of magical spells. Do NPCs have unlimited magicka or something? I've seen this with other enemies as well. They just cast one spell after another, and they NEVER stop. After posting this, I went and stood in front of a Gargoyle for 10 minutes, with god mode on. It never stopped casting. Wtf? Ranokoa
I don't know what OOO does in its entirety, but no, NPCs have a set amount of health, fatigue, and magicka. Giving them infinite anything would ruin the use of Drain, Damage or Absorb spells.
Maniac3020
Well, if they don't have infinite, how else could this Gargoyle cast spells NON STOP for 10 minutes? It never took a break. Either it has unlimited magicka, an insane amount of it, or it regenerates it crazy fast.

By gargoyle you mean the statue? They don't have magicka as they aren't creatures, they are like a piece of wall. They have been given a script to make them cast the spell, as far as I know no magicka is used in this process. Maniac3020
By gargoyle you mean the statue? No, the Gargoyle (Flying Imp look alike) added by OOO. I've also seen this with a Goblin shaman.
MadMike710
Then maybe the Imp was just casting a spell which costs low magicka like a Flare.
Maniac3020
Then maybe the Imp was just casting a spell which costs low magicka like a Flare. What about the shaman? It was casting non stop lightning spells. One of those things was strong enough to kill me in one hit.
Ranokoa
Then maybe they have one hand on a fork stuck in an outlet? They aren't using magicka, their just making a costly bill. I have no idea on this. You have to either open it up and look, or ask the maker. Wish I could help, but I can't. Try this though. Target em and type in console "GetAV Magicka" or whatever the command was. Be well, sleep well, fight well, live long.~Ranokoa

I'm not sure about this but if the Shaman had a staff, I think every staff an enemy holds always has infinite charge, and maybe you're difficulty level was up high, that's why you died in one?(I know use a lot of comma's) Edit: But then again, I haven't used OOO so I have no idea what its functions are. Maybe that has something to do with it.
Megatarius
It probably had really high regen rates.
