If I had any knowledge at all of anything that even sounds like Creation Kit I'd have a go at it but I don't so I'm doing the manly thing and asking pretty pretty please for help. All it would have to be is a black heavy armor anklet for UNP that would be in the boot armor slot. I typed this all out but then my internet crashed so this is my second go.
