Francescos Optional New Items Creatures

So, after downloading the 535 MB "FrancescosOptionalNewItemsCreatures.exe"-file at 15 kb/sec from fileplanet, I was ready to continue my install of FCOM. Turns out the file is corrupted. Pissed off, I restarted it from another fileplanet mirror. Just now it finished and guess what? This one is corrupted too.

 

Is there any other (faster) mirror for this file, because frankly this is driving me insane.

I don't see how it could be corrupted. I downloaded mine from PlanetElderScrolls, I believe.

I got my copy from a torrent. Search ISOhunt for Oblivion Mega Mod Pack its 4gb but has a sht load of mods. It is the pack I always use when I start with a new install. Now if you dont want all the other mods that are with that.

then you can also try using a download accelerator. Try using a different browser. I used Opera when I downloaded it. but if you want to use an accelerator gigaget is a good choice. I am not sure if talking about torrents is ok here or not. If its not then let me know and I will remove that from the post.

 

 

Also if you do get it from the Oblivion mega Mod pack. Dont use Depth of field it cause video to show where shadows should be well on my system it did. And also make sure you dont turn on the esp's for IWR and Retrofitted IWR at the same time. It will cause your screen to be solid grey except for menu's/.

I've had two torrents running, actually. But both are dead.

I'm already using Opera and Fileplanet won't support download accelerators.

 

I would download it from newsgroups, but nobody has uploaded it on there in the past 600 days.

well here is the link to one i have. It was downloading about 100-150KBPS for me. I use utorrent. Its 4gb, it has fran mmm and a whole lot of other crap. Actually a good starter set I am just to picky. I only got this for fran/mmm/armanentium/and a few others that are not so easy to find anymore. I am seeding right now and have my upload capped at 75k. hope this helps.

 

I was going to go FCOM but I get confused lol. all the guides to installing it go the round about way...

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. Someone should really mirror it somewhere. Is there a reason the Nexus doesn't have it?

nexus does not have it because of the file size. i believe 200m is max or was when the latest version of Frans was finished. Also I downloaded the file from fileplanet on vista. If i put it in an of the secure area's of my filesystem it was corrupted When i downloaded it to C:\Downloads\ it was not. So it may be where your downloading it to.
