Question (and a little suggestion) for ENB users

Hello, fellow Nexus Mods users!

I'm new to the modding world, and so far im thrilled with the vast ammount of modding possibilities. I've recently bought the Fallout 3 Game of the Year edition from Steam (5 dollars only, praise Lord Gaben!) and immediately started puting all sorts of mods into it. And i have 2 questions about Fallout 3 ENBs:

1) I've noticed that using an enb prevents the game from displaying the fading black transitions whenever asking a doctor to heal you from radiation poisoning, and during certain animations, like your birth during the beginning of the game. Know what i mean? It kinda breaks the immersion of the game. Do you know if there's a fix for that?

2) I think i screw up the game after installing DC Moods. This mod, albeit an awesome one, made the nights much darker, and almost unplayable at night. I myself do not like this very much, so i uninstalled DC Moods, and erased every bit of it from the data folder. But somehow, every enb i installed afterwards started to make the same thing: It made nights much darker, something which didn't happen before i installed DC Moods the first time. I tried messing with the AmbientLightingNight, with no success. Note that now im using the Fullscreen Mode Windowed, which doesn't allow to change the in game brightness, but i had this problem before using it. I've found a solution, (and here goes the suggestion) although i consider it a partial solution: The only enb that doesn't have this problem is The ENB of the apocalypse (http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/50782/?), for Fallout New Vegas, and so far it works really well with Fallout 3, and specially with the Enhanced Night Sky Mod (other enbs seem to fade the stars a little bit).

I hope you can tell me what i did wrong, and please tell me if there's a fix for my first question.

Thanks in advance, and please forgive for any misuse of the English language, since i'm not a native speaker.
