Universal Goodbye Dialogue

I'm asking if anyone knows of an existing mod that ALWAYS gives a dialogue option to "end dialogue".

The reason I ask is because with mods like companion share and recruit, robco certified, and real time settler, the dialogues for each mod tend to go into loops and it becomes impossible to just make them shut up. I have to load the game every time this happens.

 

All I want is a line of dialogue always visible for every npc that ends dialogue with them.

 

If nobody knows of a mod like this, how difficult would it be to make it? I'm not really familiar with the GECK.

 

Alternatives would be acceptable, like if any of you know a way to make a merged patch of JUST dialogue from multiple mods.

It wouldn't be hard to make, but you can just open the console and type cam to close the menu.
