Totally lost

I've been modding my games for a while now and like to think I've got a pretty decent idea of what I'm doing. I'm by no means an expert, so I'm hoping you guys can help me out with this. I'm using Mod Organizer and recently started using User Interface Organizer along with Gopher's updated One HUD. The problem I'm having is that sometimes, the game will launch just fine, no worries. But, without making any mod changes, it suddenly crashes on startup. I'm including my load order because I know that this usually indicates a load order problem, I just can't seem to find it.

Update: The game only starts crashing on startup after I've loaded a save and exited the game.

Just a bump in an attempt to get people to see the solution. I discovered that for whatever reason, when I load a save then exit the game, Mod Organizer was moving the oHUD.esm up above Project Nevada and that's what was causing my crashes.
