Looking for advice on Body Mods

Well I normally use HGEC for female and Robs Male.

Now HGEC has loads of clothing mods for it. But Robs doesn't have as many. Mainly I am asking which body mods work best together. And have complete Vanilla Clothing/Armor replacers for them.

Currently I am using HGEC with Colourwheels for Female.

And Roberts male with I really dont remember who made it but muscular replacer.

Also Does Roberts Male and Female work better together IE necklines being as both male and female use the same heads.? Though I dont really like Robs Female as much as HGEC or growlfs. Is there another male replacer out there that I am just not finding that works better with HGEC? Sorry for so many questions. Guess the easiest way would be to say What is the best combination of body mods?

As far as I know, neither HGEC or Roberts touches the head mesh, though they may have a head texture. I also think there is a Roberts male variant that is extremely muscular and therefore uses a new head to account for the thicker neck. However I'm not too sure about that.

Roberts comes with a stock clothes and armor replacer. There is also a separate download for Shivering Isles stuff.

HGEC doesn't come with a clothes and armor replacer, but there is one called EVE (Exnem Variants Expansion or something like that)

Sorry for taking so long to respond my sons been over and he is 20 months hard to get any time for leisure when one that age is running around the house.

Anyways. I was actually asking more for the initial question, the additional queries where just if someone had info on it.

Basically its just this. I can download HGEC with a High Rez Skin pack and get nearly perfect necklines on Females. However combine that with Roberts and Either the males or females will have Obvious necklines. Now I can get Roberts male necklines to look right but then the female necklines do not.

I was actually wondering more if there was any set of body mods to the same quality as the 2 mentioned that work well together as far as necklines go.

Even possibly a female that works well with Roberts Males or a male that works well with HGEC. Nudity is not required. Just so long as they dont have the horrible undies from vanilla models.

well im using robert males v4 and hgec and im not using roberts face textures to avoid the seams in the females

so i think you cant have everything unless..... you try with robert females.

theres like 2 or 3 male body replacers aside from roberts but they have the same problem with hgec so if you cant tolerate some seam, maybe the only option is to use the roberts female body.

also there are some others female body replacers around but havent tryed them, only tgnd body but it has the same problem

and as you say you are using colourweels replacer so it haves some necklines cover whit all the female clothes added maybe you could use the roberts head textures to take care of the male seam and let colourweels necklaces hide the females seams

maybe you can use the set body spell to look if theres two bodys that work well togheter but dont know if that work (havent tryed yet)

Regarding the neck seamline:

I'm pretty sure that by default, both male and female heads (from the same race) use the same texture. Thus, if you install Ozmo's textures, you install a female body texture and a head texture to match the bodies. Then, when you install Robert's male, you install a male body texture and a head texture. The Robert's head texture will override the Ozmo texture, so then you'll get the obvious seamline. You could edit your Robert's install so that it doesn't include the head textures, but then that will mean your males will have a neck seam instead of the females. As far as I know, nobody has made a set of head, male body, and female body textures that are designed to be seamless for all bodies.

thanks for the input. I guess I will just ignore the necklines when I get back to playing oblivion. I have been playing Fallout 3 lately so its not a big deal for me anymore. though It would be nice to have a setup where there are no necklines on either sex.
