Armored Vault Utility Suit

I was thinking of using this as a part of Armor Your Vault Suits. It really isn't hard to do. Open the Vault Utility Suit, import the "armor" part of the Armored Vault Suit, and then you have to manipulate the Utility Suit mesh a bit to get it fitting together right. I did it myself actually.

However, I'm too stupid to be able to get it to work in the GECK or anything. I'd probably die if someone would make this mesh for me.

Select all meshes, hide.

Delete all armatures, if any.

Unhide meshes

Import skeleton, choose 'import skeleton only + parent selected'

Select skeleton only, export nif

 

Alternatively you could just equip the vault suit plus the armored vault shoulder pad from Tailor Maid.

Thanks for the offer. I'll email you the .nif. I don't necessarily need it anywhere in the game, I can put it in myself. I just need the working mesh :)

I tried doing what you said, and it finally showed up in the GECK correctly. But when I put it on in the game, it made my body invisible :/ Why is that, do you think?
