Infinite load Dragonsreach -> Whiterun

Hi Everyone. I'm experiencing infinite load times trying to leave Dragonsreach to Winterrun. I'm stuck! I've tried using console "coc whiterun" and that does not work. The game seemed to work OK up until this point, I should note I'm new to running Skyrim mods so it's quite possible I've messed something up, though I did do some research first.
System is a Lenovo thinkpad 510p - i7-4700mq 2.4ghz, 16 gigs ram, Windows 8.1 64-bit, 2x gt-750m SLI running driver 344.75, 1 tb hd with ~850mb remaining.
Install path is C:\TSEV Skyrim LE
Game version 1.9.32.0.8
Using NMM 0.52.3
SKSE 1.7.1 rel 46.

I use LOOT to order mods, I've used TeS5edit to clean them, and I'm using Wyre bash to create a bashed patch.
Any help you can give me is much appreciated, I spent a couple of days getting all of the mods researched, downloaded and installed, so the thought of starting over makes me shudder. Thanks again!

You are definitely using a pirated Skyrim. It is a Steam-exclusive game, and as such, if it is not installed in a Steamapps folder (or run through your Steam account) it is pirated. Piracy is illegal, and against our ToS (pirates walk the plank). So, what you should do, is:

  1. Uninstall Skyrim.
  2. Download Steam (if you don't already have it), and buy Skyrim.
