HavenofDarkness
Ok, I am trying to get the Mod All Natural (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18305) to work, and to do so I need to use Wrye Bash. The maker of the mod gave me a tip on how to get Wrye Bash to rebuild a patch, but honestly I think I tried Wrye Bash when I first got it, didn't like it, and deleted the patch it had originally created and went on playing without it. So I opened up the readme file and looked up what to do to get a new .esp file in my data folder. I went into "extras" under MOPY and copied the blank.esp file in and renamed it, went into Wrye Bash, renamed the author Bashed Patch like it said, and then clicked "rebuild patch". After that I followed Ninja's instructions on what to activate in there to get the mod working. When it initilized my choice, here's what popped up in a box: Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:Program Files (x86)Bethesda SoftworksOblivionMopyasher.py", line 1461, in DoSave modInfo.writeHeader() File "C:Program Files (x86)Bethesda SoftworksOblivionMopyosh.py", line 6956, in writeHeader filePath.untemp() File "C:Program Files (x86)Bethesda SoftworksOblivionMopyolt.py", line 510, in untemp os.remove(self._s) WindowsError: [Error 5] Access is denied: 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\Bashed Patch.esp' [/color] After I closed out of that the .esp file remained empty. I tried several times to get it to save, but the "access is denied" error kept popping up. I tried to look up in the readme what to do if that happens or what it means and to my knowledge there wasn't anything on it. If anyone has any suggestions (and I'm sure alot of you understand Bash WAY better than I do) I would greatly appreciate it.

Your problem is Vista/Win7 security and having installed Oblivion in c:\Program Files (x86). That will cause you a variety of frustrating problems over time trying to work with mods and the best thing that you could do would be to uninstall oblivion and then reinstall it somewhere else (like c:\games\oblivion). I realize that is a serious pain to do... sorry. In the meantime, you could find the pythonw.exe file (probably located in c:\python26); right-click on it and select "Run as administrator". It might resolve this particular problem so that you can then go on to find the next problem waiting in line... :teehee:
HavenofDarkness
Well thanks for the tip. I actually figured out that you don't need to uninstall oblivion to get windows stop locking you out, though, you just have to move your folder to a new location.
