d962831 Posted December 6, 2014 Share Posted December 6, 2014 With Dargon Age Inquisition coming out recently, I thought back on the previous two titles and took a look at the cinematic trailer for the second game. It made me think, how freaking awesome would it be to actually fight like Hawke does in that trailer, with the staff sword? I went looking for a mod with it, and while I found one, it wasn't what I had envisioned. What I'd like is an actual combat style to go along with the staffsword, the same way there's the one hand, two hand, weapons styles. Not sure how feasible it really is, but I think it'd be awesome to see that more... acrobatic style of combat implemented. One other thing I'd love to see: sword locks. Like if you're in combat and both you and your enemy swing at the same time, your weapons become locked and it becomes a matter of overpowering the other and getting them in a position where they can't block so you can attack, or maybe even have the chance to perform a finishing move.
