mod5000
Hi, guys... Just wondering, is there some command to remove all temporary/a certain effect from the player?I accidentally clicked on the poison apple, eating it, and afterwards I walked around in god-mode, saving over the saves before I had eaten it, since I thought it would go away after a few minutes (I slept afterwards, etc). Anyway, does anyone know how to remove the effect of the poison? Thanks a lot!!

Vagrant0
Most stuff can be removed with your standard dispel spell.
sleaaels
Nothing works on the poison apple, no antidote or shrine will cure it as far as i know, however, if you want to outlast the effects of the poison apple, you need at lest 50 strong potions of each and a some healing magic abilities to make it through the poison effect, I died with around 42 of each (strong healing & mana potions) but would have made it if i had another8-10 of each i think...and at lvl 20 at least

Lukeass
Hahaha, this was something I had trouble with A LONG time ago. Even after the timer runs out, the damage health effect still stays with you. The only way I got around this was by waiting until my character died and then (before the load screen popped up) used the console, clicked on myself, and typed in ressurect. My character came back to life, but I lost EVERY skill and attribute bonus I had except the Gray Prince's Training and the Night Mother's Blessing (probably because those were permanent), plus the camera bugged out initially. By toggling 1st/3rd person mode, the camera was fixed, and by reequipping all my equipment, most of my bonuses came back. However, I had still lost my birthsign and racial bonuses. I used the showbirthsignmenu and showracemenu commands to reclaim the bonuses, but doing so changed around my skill levels, so on top of the rest of the fixes, I had to manually reset most of my stats with the player.setAV <Ability/attribute> <#> command. It was a ROYAL pain in the ass to fix, but eventually everything went back to normal. Actually, after completing the main quest, my Savior of Bruma statue flopped over and died because IT still had the poison apple effect, but you can't have everything I guess lol. sleaaels
I see, I thought when the timer ran out for the poison effect, you were in the clear. Oh well i take it back, your screwed unless you get a mod like what The Vulture described or just reload a saved game.Wow what a pain in the arse to res. your avatar! so looks like you really have two options, "To mod. or to reload"
