Escaped Criminal quest problem

I start this quest but no map marker to continue..

Found here some ideas, to use some console command...setstage

I tried this with cr01, cr03 and cr07 but cant solve this problem

If i use cr03 then Aela's quest (collect some animal fur) starting, but after it, I cant get new quest from Aela or from the others

If i use cr01 or cr07...nothin happenin

help pls :blush:

any possibility to solve this bug?
