diegowolfwood Posted December 7, 2014 Share Posted December 7, 2014 I noticed that if you drop a weapon with a mod on it, the visual model of the weapon changes to default. For example, that's how it worked with the 12.7mm Pistol and the Hunting Rifle I tried it with. The silencer on the pistol disappears, as does the scope on the rifle. Is there a mod (and if there isn't, could someone make it?) that will allow the visual model of the weapon to retain visual mods when you drop it? I had an idea to decorate one of my suites with lots of modded weapons. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
senterpat Posted December 8, 2014 Share Posted December 8, 2014 The only way to do this, would be to set up a variant for each combination of mods, and make a custom version of each that swaps the weapon when dropped for the proper model via script, which would be, an absurd amount of work for a small payoff, not to mention most people use a weapon mod mod, so it wouldn't even work for them properly.
