bben46 Posted September 3, 2010 Share Posted September 3, 2010 rar, 7z and zip are all compressed file formats. They need to be unzipped using one of the unzipping programs. The most common are winrar, 7-zip and winzip. They will all work about the same and all will unzip any of the others. 7-zip is absolutely free while the other two are pay programs.
