What are you talking about, anyway? Assassinating Bush? Or assassinating a count or countess in one of Cyrodiil's cities?

Vagrant0
In these cases, it's usually best to turn to mods. I know there are a few out there that add some uber creatures, if however done poorly. There are also some quests, also mostly quick pointless ones. Or, learn ot mod yourself. I've been moding since I got the game, have yet to have enough time to do any of the larger side quests. When I get sick of moding, then I have plenty of things I can do for a few hours, in addition to screwing around with various settings to see what happens, or adding stuff with unusual effects. Let's face it, when you spend 2-3 hours real time following an NPC to make sure he's doing everything right, you need a few additional things to keep you occupied while he walks from point A to point B. Been playing around with some of the idle features lately, might get around to putting together something that makes some of the special idles used more commonly. There is a very dangerous beast living in High Rock. Just remember to bring a powerful FROST enchanted weapon with you and pack yourself with lots of powerful FROST spells and you'll take out this beast with no sweat. You can't go to High Rock, unless someone releases something that alowes you to go there. Ooh, but more to the point, try the countess of Anvil after you get the count there (hope I didn't spoil it beyond repair for some people) and take her down. And send me proof, please. And yeah, go FROST all the way, cuz thats what monsters who live in snow covered mountains are usually weak against. You might wanna fling some healing spells at it too while you're at it. :P If you're looking for difficulty though, try moving up the difficulty slider. Or if you've already done that, get a mod that raises it even higher. Actually, if you're really looking for some fun, make a character build that's purposely awkward (for example, a mage with no armor or weapon skills, or one with all 4 weapon skills and both armor skills). Oh yeah, the Uderfrykte Matron... and, no, not frost, FIRE. And there is a fourth weapon skill? I thought there was only three. And you'll have to do a bit of looking for it. It's hard to find, but when it sees you, combat music turns on, and, yeah...

LOL, becareful, Bush is enough of a cry baby, ignorant brat, that you may get introuble just for adding those two words together:) More to the point, what about the Count of Skingrad? Or even better, go to the imperial barracks and try to snuff out one of them.
