LE Play skyrim from the point of view of a Thalmor

So recently i have taken to using the "live another life mod" and one option i used that always fascinated me was when you pick to play as a high elf you can start the game as an "agent of the Thalmor" and I've always wanted to expand upon that idea, but sadly my modding skills are lacking and what i have in mind would probably modify the main quest line to some extent, but in essence the idea i had was this

 

1) you start the game either as a thalmor (if your an altmer) or a "hired agent" aka spy (if you are a other race) sent out to investigate the attack on helgen, and you are to use any means at your disposal to gather information on dragons if there are any,

2) after investigating helgen (thinking having an npc there after you clear out the bandits with necessary information) your then sent to whiterun under the guise of a mercenary who survived helgen to gather information on whiteruns loyalties and the dragons,(this ties it back into the main quest line without making it a mess)

3)eventually down the line you can choose to betray the thalmor and fight for the stormcloaks or stay with them and fight for the imperials (i haven't worked out exactly how i would go about doing this but its a very rough idea)

 

sorry i don't have much to go on but i wanted to get this out there and share my idea, as i doubt i will have the skill personally to make this myself, but if you have any suggestions or ways to build upon my idea please let me know, as i want this to be as good of a mod as possible, and if someone does actually wish to make this, i would like to keep in touch and see how it goes, also worse case scenario if someone would be willing to teach me how to do some of this on my own i will glady take that too, i

(also ive been working on kind of a "diary fo a thalmor" idea in my skyrim game as is. once i get further in i might attach it to this post to give ideas)
