Yes they do! And, to prove it, all of the NPCs that have the same voice as another race (Bosmer have the same voice as Altmer and Dunmer) say the same thing for rumors at a Daedric shrine. And, guess what both Argonians and Khajiit say:

Daedra lords demand offerings and services. If you don't do as you're told, you can just forget about it!

See for your self! Ask the Khajiit @ Clavicus Vile's shrine, and the Argonian at Boethia's. Or some where else, like Hermaeus Mora's, or whatever. Just do it if you're interested.
