Better Cities Issue

When I enter the Market District, I see a notice on the floor telling me my load order is wrong. All the other districts seem fine. My load order is below. I use BOSS to sort my load order and rebuild my Bashed Patch after every mod I install. The problem persists even if I manually edit my load order to move Better Cities all the way to the bottom. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Did you install the resources pack? Do you have all 6 .bsa files installed required by BC? You should have these in the Data folder:

 

Better Cities - Meshes.bsa

Better Cities - Textures.bsa

Better Cities - Sounds EV.bsa

Better Cities - Textures EV.bsa

Better Cities - Bravil Docks.bsa

Better Cities - Shipyard.bsa

 

You should update Streamline to 3.1 with the patch. You could also do without the Citadel door fix that comes with UOP. The vampire face fix can also be activated in the Bashed Patch to save you an .esp slot.

I've had Better Cities installed for a while now without any problems. I did check, though, and I do have all the resources installed. I also updated Streamline (I'd been hesitant about doing so since the latest version is an 'open beta'), and made the other changes you suggested. Will update in a few minutes if anything changes.

Yeah, Streamline 3.1 without the patch caused BSODs on my machine. With the patch installed everything runs fine now. Streamline needs to be the last plugin in the load order, so that may have been the problem.
