Birrii
Hello.I have this problem: I can't buy ANYTHING on Steam. I tried at first using a PaySafe card (which had sufficient funds), but it didn't work, after trying MANY times. I even tried buying in different hours. Well, then I decided to use my Visa bankcard (which works and has sufficient funds). But it said that my credit card was holding a "hold" on my funds. But I can buy other things perfectly fine, and I tried several times. I can buy things on other websites without problems. Then, I tried my SpendOn card, which hasn't expired, and had sufficient funds etc. But it didn't work EITHER! The same message popped out! I tried contacting the Steam Billing etc. Support, but they're taking so long.... And I really want to buy a game for a special offer. :(I even tried buying different games (just to make sure that a certain game wouldn't be "blocked from buying" or whatever). It always worked before, but now it doesn't. :(Please help?Thank you in advance,Birrii (PS: Please don't get angry at me for asking about it here, I know that you're not experts in these things, but Steam is taking SO LONG to answer...) leetgamer
I remember there was this one time where my bank blocked the ongoing funds when I bought a DLC for Empire Total War, for whatever reason, but anyway I just contacted them and they unblocked it, allowed the transaction and voila. Try that, who knows.
Azrael12078
The only thing I can think of is call the bank and talk it over with them. Ive always had some sort of issue in Steam. I like it and all but it needs to be fixed or something because i get random errors and crashes alot from it. This is just an odd question but i bought Portal while I was on WiFi and it didnt work.I went to a hardline and it did.Maybe that can cause the issue?
