Faction Weapons

Hello, I would like to know if anyone knows how to change the weapons that npc's from a certain faction uses, like by example, instead of Fiends using their normal weapons, they get to use only Rocket Launcher, Grenades*, Fat Man.

 

It may sound stupid, but I want to make my game absurdly hard and who know if I don't just upload to the Nexus, in case anyone wants it but doesn't have enough patience to make it.

 

I think it's called levelled list or something.

Easiest way to do this is just backtrack it from the base object you want to modify, so just go open up a fiend in the NPC tab, and see what leveled weapon he has, then just open up that and modify it to your liking.
