Adding NCR Ranger Visor Overlay/Effects from PN to the Custom ADAM helmets

As the title points out, I'm trying to find out how I can apply the Project Nevada visor overlays/vision effects to the craftable custom ranger helmets from ADAM. I poked around the scripts/form lists in the Project Nevada plugins and was not really able to make sense of it all. Has anyone else attempted anything like this before and could point me in the right direction?

 

EDIT: I should specify that I am just trying to figure out how to apply the visor/effects to any helmet whether it is in ADAM or not.
