It's in the core, and it would either be extremely difficult to a point no one is interested in the undertaking due to what little will come out as a result for the effort, or it's illegal because you can't actually modify the game engine. Sorry. If it could be done, trust me, this type of thing would be done. It's as wanted as Midas Magic.Try searching around, if you can't find it, don't expect it.
