Custom Vampire Children Adoption Issues

So....

I decided to try and make some custom children to adopt.

So I was using the CK and i duplicated Sofie, Blaise and that redguard kid in Dawnstar who's name I forget.

Didn't replace them, just duplicated them. That may be why theres the problems, i dunno, but maybe not.

Anyway, so, im using RS Children Complete and I edited the esp to attempt to add more kids that suited my idealism of a vampire family and actually having kids that look like my character and her husband could have had them biologically.

Anyway, to cut to the chase, I altered the duplicates appearances and names and also set them to the Breton Vampire Child race for obvious reasons.

However, when I attempt to adopt them there is no dialogue options whatsoever. I checked the data in the CK and the factions and topics are all there but not active somehow.

I even tried with orphanage children and even adding the adoption faction through console, which enables the topic but they don't actually move at all so its pretty useless. Any ideas?
