Wrye Bash problem

When I try to launch Wrye Bash I get an error message saying cannot open file as archive. Also, I don't know if this is normal but the icon for Wrye Bash Launcher is the 7-zip icon.

Do you have Python 2.6 installed? Python should automatically associate *.py and *.pyw files with python.exe and pythonw.exe, respectively. Right-click "Wrye Bash Launcher.pyw," select "Open With...," and click "Choose program." Check "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file," click Browse, and navigate to X:\Python26\pythonw.exe (where 'x' is the drive Python is installed). If it still won't launch then right-click on pythonw.exe, click the Compatibility tab, and check "Run as administrator."
